Support helps with sign-in, account management, Premium, route planning, POI, maps, the travel journal, documents, photos, privacy and account deletion.

Recommended first steps
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest available version.
- For Premium issues, first try Restore Purchases in the app.
- For account problems, sign out and sign in again with the same provider you used originally.
- For privacy-related requests, review the Privacy Policy page and the account controls in the app profile.
Premium and purchases
- The app is free and you receive 2 months of Premium for free after registration.
- Premium costs €19.99 / 12 months and unlocks advanced features.
- If Premium is not displayed correctly, try restoring purchases in the app first.
Routes, POI and journal
- Itinero Travel lets you plan routes, create custom itineraries, save POI and organize travel information.
- Each itinerary can be archived with documents, photos, POI, notes and expenses.
- Prepared trips can be shared with other users.
Documents and photos
- You can attach documents, PDF files, photos and notes to trips and route points.
- If an attachment is not available, check internet connection, app permissions and available device storage.
Privacy and account
- Users can manage their account directly in the app.
- If account deletion is available in the profile, deleting the account removes related personal data, routes, custom POI, sharing records and attachments unless retention is legally required.
