Account deletion
This page explains how a user can request or complete deletion of an Itinero Travel account and what data is removed when the account is deleted.
The account can be deleted directly in the app in the profile or account section. If the option is temporarily unavailable, the user can use the support page.
How to delete your account
- Open the Itinero Travel app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the profile or account section of the app.
- Use the account deletion option available in the app and confirm the request.
- If the option is unavailable, use the support page to request account deletion.
What data is deleted
- Account data linked to the user profile.
- Saved routes, route points, notes and custom POI created by the user.
- Favorites, sharing records and related account-linked content.
- Documents, photos, attachments and links associated with the account unless legal retention is required.
What may be kept
- Subscription or payment records that must be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons.
- Minimal technical logs required for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations, kept only for the necessary retention period.
Premium and payments
- Deleting the account does not automatically refund Premium payments already made.
- Subscription management follows the rules of Google Play or the App Store.
