Recommended first steps
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest available version.
- For Premium issues, first try the Restore Purchases option in the Premium screen.
- For account problems, sign out and sign in again with the same provider you used originally.
- For privacy-related requests, review the Privacy Policy page and use the account controls available in the app profile.
Privacy and account removal
Users can manage their account directly in the app. If account deletion is available in the profile section, deleting the account removes related personal data, routes, custom POIs and associated sharing records from the service.
